Jeff joined Whitemore Fire Consultants in 2018 with 20+ years of fire service experience, most recently with the South Metro Fire Department, where he served as a firefighter, acting captain, and fire investigator. He previously served on the Bismarck Fire Department and the Lake Johanna Fire Department working hard to solidify his fire investigation credentials. He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland and committed to obtaining extensive training, education and experience and holds the IAAI-CFI certification through the International Association of Arson Investigators.

Jeff brings a skillset to our team of construction management, a position that he held for over 8 years prior to entering the fire service full-time. Since joining Whitemore Fire Consultants, Jeff has traveled throughout the United States and Canada conducting over 800 fire and explosion investigations on behalf of our clients. He has a strong commitment and background to perform all investigations with his expertise and passion to ensure consistent and professional investigations are conducted in a manner that is cognizant of the pain and loss for both homes, businesses and sometimes lives. He is compassionate but thorough and is diligent in finding answers.

In Jeff’s spare time, he enjoys golf, upland hunting, woodworking, and making scrap metal art.
