OUR INVESTIGATIVE TEAM

Robert B. Whitemore, CFI

Owner | President | Senior Fire Consultant

Robert Whitemore started his fire service career in 1974, after joining the York Fire Department in York, Nebraska. His experience brought him to the Department of Education, Nebraska Fire Service, where he instructed Nebraska fire departments. He was also charged with instructing “live burn” training activities and exterior fire ground tactics around the state.

Brian P. Haag, CFI

Senior Fire Consultant

Brian Haag, IAAI-CFI (v) has been active in the field of fire investigation since 1999 and with Whitemore Fire Consultants since 2001, investigating over 3000 fire and explosions losses in his career. Over the past several years, he has specialized in motor vehicle fires and heavy equipment and investigating over 1500 vehicle and heavy equipment fires.

Douglas A. Noah, CFI

Senior Fire Consultant

Doug Noah joined Whitemore Fire Consultants in 2008 and is a Senior Fire Consultant. Prior to that, Doug worked in insurance fraud and fire investigations in the private sector. He diligently worked to achieve his Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) certification through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).

Brian R. Whitemore, CFI

Senior Fire Consultant

Brian R. Whitemore, CFI is the son of owners/founder Robert B. Whitemore, CFI and Pamela A. Whitemore. Brian may say his babysitter as a kid was typically the working end of a shovel following dad around at fire scenes. In 2005 after graduating from Prior Lake High School, Brian attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 2009 with a degree in business.

Jeffrey R. Blomseth, CFI

Senior Fire Consultant

Jeffrey Blomseth, CFI joined Whitemore Fire Consultants in 2018 with 20+ years of fire service experience, most recently with the South Metro Fire Department, where he served as a firefighter, acting captain, and fire investigator. Jeff previously served on the Bismarck Fire Department and the Lake Johanna Fire Department and worked hard to solidify his fire investigation credentials.

Steven D. Arzdorf, CFI

Fire Consultant

Steven Arzdorf, a Minnesota native, brings over 19 years of dedicated service in the fire industry. As a member of the inaugural hiring class for South Metro Fire Department, he served as a Fire Inspector and Investigator for 7 years, contributing to the establishment and growth of the department.

Pamela A. Whitemore

Business Manager

Pam is another one of our original team members at Whitemore Fire Consultants. Bob and Pam launched WFC in 1994 from their home in Prior Lake, MN and has had a front row seat to the expansion and success of their vision. Pam has an extensive background in computer systems, data base development, marketing and client development. She brought that experience from the private sector, working at Xerox for over 10 years in their Sales and Computer Services divisions. Prior to WFC, she worked as an independent contractor providing computer system training to companies throughout the Minneapolis area.

Pam has an in-depth knowledge of our clients, making the personal connections and anticipating their needs in the fire investigation industry. She coordinates client visits for the investigators, schedules and plans educational seminars, and is the editor of our quarterly newsletter, Inside Fire. Pam is always available to meet our client’s needs and expectations! During her “off” time, Pam enjoys baking, quilting and traveling with Bob. Pam and Bob have two children, Stacy and Brian, who both are important parts of the success and future of Whitemore Fire and five grandchildren, Henry, Jacob, Samuel, Jane and Freddie.

Stacy Jadin

Finance/Marketing Manager

Stacy Jadin is the daughter of owners/founder Robert B. Whitemore, CFI and Pamela A. Whitemore. She got her start at WFC nearly 30 years ago while working in her parents four season porch putting together reports for many of their new clients. Stacy attended the University of St Thomas and graduated with a Marketing Management and Business Administration degree in 2006. She brings a wealth of experience, boasting over a decade in HR, payroll and employee management while at Paychex. She manages the finance, HR and marketing for WFC.

Stacy and her husband Alex live in Prior Lake, MN with their three boys Henry, Jacob & Samuel. When not at work, you can find her putting many miles on her car taking her boys to their never ending baseball, basketball, football or hockey games, attending many concerts, spending time with her husband Alex or chasing her two golden retrievers Taco & Lincoln.

Stacy Wellcome

Office Manager

Stacy joined our team in January 2021, and brought an extensive background in business management and customer service experience she gained from her 15 years in the dental field. Her warm and compassionate sense of customer service and an attention to detail allows our team in the field to focus on their tasks at hand.

Stacy graduated from Braham, MN and attended Anoka Ramsey Community College post-secondary with studies focusing on business management. Stacy also added to her academia a travel degree.
When she started her family of three children, she owned and operated her in-home licensed daycare for 10 years.

When Stacy is not at work, she enjoys traveling to new destinations, spending time with her three adult children and husband. She enjoys the great outdoors, summer hobbies and friends.

Alex Borchardt

Administrative Assistant

Alex graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2009, and attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and received her bachelor’s degree in Sports & Leisure Management in 2015. Most of her professional background is in youth sports and recreational programming, and most recently, international logistics. What she is most proud of are her two daughters, Rooney (3.5) and Emryn (5 months). Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with family, attending her younger brothers’ baseball, basketball, and football games (Go Lakers!!), and coaching competitive cheerleading. A few of her favorite things are iced coffee, Diet Coke, and Kwik Trip.
